Shipping & Delivery
Stream UK offers free delivery on all orders over £200.00 with a charge for orders under this amount. This is applicable to MAINLAND UK orders only (excluding some parts of North Scotland). Any orders placed outside of mainland UK may need to have an additional charge applied, which we will inform you of before processing your order. Orders under 1kg will usually be sent by Royal Mail, items over 1kg are sent by courier using next working day delivery. In the event that your order has not arrived after more than 3 days from placing the order, please inform us immediately. Deliveries are not considered lost until a period of 15 days has passed. During holiday seasons, delays may occur, we will try to inform you of such delays.

Returns & Refunds
All customers have a standard 7 day returns period should you change your mind about your order, we will provide a full refund (excluding shipping fee) as long as they are returned (at your own cost) unused, in a re-salable condition and in the original packaging.
A full refund can be given if any order is cancelled before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
If any item is returned which has been used, damaged or not in original packaging, we are entitled to either reject the return, only offer a partial refund, or charge a restocking fee, we will inform you before proceeding in this case. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds will be given using the same method of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Faults
If you believe any product to be of an unsatisfactory quality please immediately contact customer service on 01740 623311 and we will deal with the item accordingly. Any product returned to us (at the customers own cost) will be sent to the Manufacturer for them to conduct an examination and their decision will be final. Stream will not accept responsibility for another manufacturers product that has been sold individually or as a component part of a larger assembly. However we will always endeavour to sell items that have a good track record and will cease to sell any item with an unreliability record regardless of the manufacturer unless the manufacturer has made acceptable modifications.
