Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices quoted on our website are exclusive of VAT and in UK Pounds Sterling. If there are any errors in the pricing of items on the web site you will be contacted before processing of said order.

We accept all major Credit / Debit cards and American Express.

All promotions on our website are valid until our chosen expiry date, at the end of all promotions orders will no longer be accepted for said promotion. Online promotions are only valid for online orders.

Viewing Orders

All customers selecting the "Register" option when checking out will be able to see a full comprehensive listing of all past orders placed. Details will contain item details, price, shipping fee, tax, total price and shipping information.

A reordering option is also available for items you have previously purchased in our store, available from within your account section.

Updating Account Information

All customers registering for an account when checking out will have full access to their personal data within their account. You may alter this as required if your personal circumstances change, and also add additional addresses within your account for delivery locations.

If you wish to have your details deleted from our system this is available on request.

Please keep in mind if we delete your account information your order history will no longer be accessible.

Bespoke Tanks

The tanks you order will be made specifically to your order, in accordance with the instructions and specifications you provide us. Please note: Payments for bespoke tanks cannot be refunded if, after instructing us to go ahead with the construction you decide to cancel the order or change your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights. It is your responsibility to check that all details and aspects of your order are correct, and suitable for your requirements. This includes measurements, dimensions, product features, access and delivery. If you need to amend the details of the order you can do so within 24hrs of confirming the details by calling us on 01740 623311.

Van Systems

When purchasing a van system you must pay a 10% deposit and the balance on pick up. We will accept debit and credit cards but there will be a commission of 2% on any credit card payments. Cheques/Bankers Drafts must have cleared before the vehicle can be released. The Van may be required to be left with us for up to 7 days to complete the full fitting, but can normally be completed in 2 -3 days.
